How to Find the TV Channel for an NBA Game

To find an NBA game, you need three things: the exact matchup and date, your viewing location, and the TV package or streaming subscription you have. Our schedule helps with the first step; the broadcaster confirms your access.

Start with the game’s national listing

Open today’s games or the next seven days. Each card shows the available national listing separately from any game-specific regional listing. A blank national field means our feed has no national channel for that game; it does not mean the game is unavailable.

NBA games on Prime Video

For a game labeled Prime Video, open our Prime schedule and check Amazon’s viewing availability and current membership terms. The signup link below is for Amazon Prime. It does not include every NBA game, and it is not an NBA League Pass purchase.

NBC, NBCSN and Peacock

NBC Sports’ 2026–27 NBA broadcasts also stream on Peacock. NBC coverage on Coast 2 Coast Tuesdays can depend on your market, so check the broadcast guide if your local NBC station shows the other matchup. Do not assume that an NBCSN listing means the game will be on your local NBC station.

ABC and ESPN

Check the game’s ABC or ESPN listing and the ESPN app for streaming access. Signing into an app alone does not confirm that your subscription includes a game; check the available subscription or TV-provider authentication options.

Find local TV and team streaming options

Use our team viewing directory for current source notes. A season guide describes the local arrangement; a game-specific listing confirms a particular matchup when our feed supplies it. Check the linked source for station schedules and location eligibility before paying.

For an antenna, consult the broadcaster’s coverage information and rescan your TV when necessary. For cable, satellite or a live-TV streaming service, check your provider’s lineup for your ZIP code. The station name can be the same while the channel number changes between providers.

League Pass and blackouts

League Pass is an out-of-market option subject to local and national blackouts. A missing TV label on our schedule is not proof that League Pass will carry the game in your location.
